These are the proceedings of the NATO–Russian Advanced Study Institute, held in Moscow in September 2007. They include eighteen lectures by invited professors, six student talks and some open problems. The lectures included: Bent rectangles; Non-Archimedean theory of T- functions; Bit-parallel circuits for arithmetic finite fields, and Constructing families of Latin squares over Boolean domains. The student presentations included: Constructing Boolean functions with extreme properties, and On implementation of one type of recursive construction. |
