This textbook brings together the current theoretical understanding and management of working memory deficits. It describes working memory profiles of people with a range of neurodevelopmental disorders (including Down syndrome, Williams syndrome, Specific Language Impairment, and ADHD). It also identifies ways of alleviating the anticipated learning difficulties of children who have deficits in working memory.
