| Review: | It was on the 1 February 2003 that Space Shuttle Columbia horrifyingly broke up on re-entry to Earth, high above Texas. This book is not an analysis of the tragedy although it covers many of the events of that occurrence, it is instead a history of the vehicle itself. Space Shuttle Columbia undertook its first flight in 1981 and flew 28 missions. It’s achievements included upgrading the Hubble Space Telescope and having flow the longest Shuttle mission. |
