Review: In order to facilitate analysis of power plant performance and to produce relevant publications, all previously collected operating experience data and basic information were computerized in 1980, and the Power Reactor Information System (PRIS) came into operation. The PRIS holds both plant specification data and plant performance data. Since 1980 the PRIS has been continuously updated and improved. This technical report gives a complete description of the PRIS. It provides guidelines for both data entry and retrieval of information from the system.
