Privacy in statistical databases is abut finding tradeoffs to the conflict between the increasing societal and economical demands for accurate information and the legal and ethical obligation to protect the privacy of those individuals and enterprises that are the source of statistical data. These proceedings of the conference held in June 2004 comprise the revised versions of the accepted papers.
