Review: This is a companion guide to Fireground Size-Up, helping firefighters size up a structure or conditions. Many of the chapters contain pictures of various occupancies and ask questions about points of size-up in the building. The answers are in the form of multiple choice, there being only one correct answer (given in the book). The book is a training tool for fire departments to reinforce and test the members’ knowledge, while gaining important information and a better understanding of the buildings in which they may be called to fight a fire.
