These are the invited papers, written by some of the foremost groups in the field, from the conference held in Corfu in July 2002. Organometallic chemistry plays an active role in all the traditional areas of chemistry: inorganic, organic, physical and theoretical. Bio-organometallic chemistry is now attracting substantial interest. The papers include topics such as: the synthesis of main group, transition metal and lanthanide organometallics; applications to homogeneous catalysis; structural and theoretical studies; and enantioselective processes. |
